On Mondays the phone rings nearly non-stop at West & Witherspoon Florist on S. Virginia St. Owner Jennifer Blanks is often the one to pick up.  “OK now, you say it needs to go to Maddux (funeral home)?” she asks. “We’ll get it there for you.”
